What we promise, and when we refund
What we do for you, what no removal service can honestly promise, and how to get your money back.
Effective May 21, 2026 · last updated August 12, 2026 · GalaxyWarden is operated by BATECH LLC, 3154 Glendale Blvd #1234, Los Angeles, CA 90039-1830.
This page governs
This is the single source of truth for refunds on every GalaxyWarden product. If another page, an FAQ, a checkout screen or an ad describes our refund terms differently, this page controls, and we will honor what is written here. If you find a page that contradicts it, tell us at support@galaxywarden.com. We will correct that page and honor these terms in the meantime.
What we guarantee
GalaxyWarden acts as your authorized privacy agent under California Civil Code §1798.135(c) and the equivalent state statutes (CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, CPA, UCPA, TDPSA, MTCDPA, OCPA, DPDPA, NHPA, NJDPA, MNCDPA). What we do is file valid removal requests with data brokers on your behalf, keep a record you can hand to any regulator, and check what the brokers do in response.
We do not guarantee that a broker complies. Brokers have up to 45 days under CCPA to act on a request, and a small number are outside our filing altogether — some route every request through a form only you can complete, some publish an address that no longer accepts mail. We name every company we cannot file for, with a link to its own removal page wherever one exists, on the how removals work page — publicly, before you buy, not on a dashboard afterwards. We control the filing. We do not control what the broker decides.
DoxxScan Full Report — the one-time report
The Full Report is $9.99, once. It is a deeper run of the same scan, written up so you can read the actual exposed values and every place we found them. It is a report: it shows you what is out there. It does not file anything with anyone on your behalf, so the filing guarantee above does not apply to it — there is no filing to guarantee.
Showing you is a different job from getting you taken down. Filing the authorized-agent takedowns, and filing them again each time a site puts you back, is what Protection does. That is a subscription for a plain reason: broker and people-search sites rebuild their profiles from fresh public records — a property sale, a voter roll, a change of address, so the filing has to keep going. If something has gone wrong with a report you paid for, email support@galaxywarden.com and a person will read it.
Protection — the ongoing subscription
30-day first-billing refund. Protection is our one ongoing subscription. While it is active it includes the full automated opt-out engine, the Concierge action engine (broker filings we make by hand on request), and continuous monitoring with automatic re-filing: when a people-search site lists you again, we file a fresh authorized-agent takedown without you having to ask.
You can start up to 100 new-site opt-out filings per calendar month. Re-filings to sites already in your scope do not count against that allowance. All of it depends on the subscription being active: the automatic re-filing stops when it lapses.
The filing guarantee applies to Protection at Protection’s own rate. The first time we run your full removal sweep we file a majority (51%+) of what your plan files in its first 14 days, which for Protection is at least 23 removal requests. If we miss it for a reason within our control, that billing period is refunded. Protection is paced to keep going rather than to finish once: broker sites rebuild their profiles from fresh public records — a property sale, a voter roll, a change of address, so filing continues every month until your scope is clear, and starts again whenever a site puts you back.
If you would rather pay yearly. Protection is billed $14.99/mo, or $129/yr if you would rather settle it a year at a time — the same product and the same standing obligation, with no monthly line on your statement. The 30-day first-billing refund above applies to whichever you pick.
Family — 5 seats
Family carries the same 30-day first-billing refund as Protection, and the same filing guarantee, applied to the primary account holder’s first full sweep. It includes everything in Protection for the primary account holder — the same broker scope, continuous monitoring, automatic re-filing — plus 5 household seats, which share one monthly filing allowance.
A household seat stores a person’s details and needs their own authorization before we act for them. The right to have your data removed is yours to give, not the account holder’s to sign away on your behalf. A seat is a slot and a stored profile, not a sweep of its own, so the filing guarantee attaches to the primary account’s sweep rather than to each seat. Extra seats follow the same refund terms as the base plan.
Signals — the business watchlist
Signals is a different kind of product from the rest of this page: a watchlist-alerting subscription for businesses, covering SEC 8-K breach disclosures and corroborated breach records, with a JSON API. It does not scan you and it does not file removal requests, so the filing guarantee above does not apply to it.
Signals is cancel anytime, billed in advance. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the billing period already in progress. Billing questions: support@galaxywarden.com.
Continuous monitoring and re-scanning
Continuous re-scanning and monitoring is part of your Protection subscription, powered by our DoxxScan™ engine. It is not sold separately. It is refundable in full within 30 days of your first paid billing period. Deep-mode credits attached to an active subscription are refundable only if you have not used them; one-time Deep-mode top-up credits are not refundable once a scan has been delivered.
ARCHIVED — kept here for people who bought Deep Sweep before we withdrew it. It is not for sale.
Deep Sweep — withdrawn, and what it means if you bought one
Deep Sweep is no longer sold. It asked for one payment to do work that never finishes: broker and people-search sites rebuild their profiles from fresh public records — a property sale, a voter roll, a change of address, so the filing has to keep going. We withdrew it on August 17, 2026 rather than reprice it, and there is no replacement one-time removal product.
If you already bought one, nothing here takes it away. The terms in force on the day you paid still govern your purchase, and they are these. We file authorized-agent removal requests across your removal scope, which is 634 sites across 582 companies — one filing to a company clears every site that company runs — at up to 300 requests a month, month after month, until your scope is clear. We commit to filing a majority (51%+) of what your plan files in its first 14 days, which at that rate is at least 71 removal requests; if your own scope is smaller than that, the same majority of your scope. We never claimed to finish all 634 sites across 582 companies inside that window, and the rest keeps going out at the same rate afterwards. Once the broker compliance window closes (CCPA allows brokers up to 45 days) we run a single verification re-scan and email you proof of what came down.
If we miss that for a reason within our control — a system outage, a misconfigured account, our mistake — you get a full refund of what you paid. Email support@galaxywarden.com and the money is back on your card within 5 business days.
What disqualifies that refund:
- Broker non-compliance: we filed, and the broker has not acted inside its 45-day window.
- Companies that will not accept an agent-filed request at all, and companies that demand a verification step only you can complete — a code to your phone, a confirmation link, an ID upload on their own site. Every company in the first group is named, with its own removal page, on the how removals work page.
- Being re-listed after a broker imports new public records. Deep Sweep covered one sweep and one verification re-scan; filing again on every re-list needs an active Protection subscription.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first.
Universal exclusions
- Renewals beyond the first billing period of any subscription. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- One-time credits you have already used (Deep mode, address-search bumps).
- Card-issuer chargebacks filed without emailing support first. We are faster than a bank dispute, and skipping the support step puts both your account and your future eligibility at risk.
- Accounts terminated for abuse: impersonation, false agent claims, or scraping our service.
- Purchases made through JVZoo or an affiliate. Deep Sweep and bundle orders completed through JVZoo checkout, or through an affiliate’s link, are processed and refunded by JVZoo under JVZoo’s own refund policy, because that checkout is outside our control. Refund requests for those orders go to JVZoo. The terms on this page apply to purchases made directly on galaxywarden.com.
How to request a refund
- Email support@galaxywarden.com from the address on your account.
- Put your plan in the subject line, like
Refund — Protection. - We process refunds within 3–5 business days, back to the card you paid with.
Why the promise is shaped this way
We promise the part we control, which is the filing, and we refund cleanly when we fall short of it. Promising that a broker will comply would be promising something we cannot make happen, and you would have no way to hold us to it.
You do not have to take any of this on trust before you spend anything: the scan is free, needs no card and no account, and shows you what is actually out there under your name. Look yourself up first →
