GalaxyWarden Executive · private digital security

A private security detail for your digital life.

For families whose name, wealth or position makes them a target — your home address, your children, your accounts and your leaked credentials are one search away. We find what is published about you, file to have it taken down, and file again each time it comes back. Quietly, by hand, under a senior security expert.

What we will not claim: we will not remove everything. No one can honestly promise a company will honor an opt-out. What we promise is the work — named people filing by hand, filing again when a listing returns, and a written record of every request: what was filed, what came back, and what is still outstanding.

Aristocrat · the flagship concierge

A full-time security team, retained for your household alone.

At this level there is no ticket queue and no automation standing between you and the people protecting you. A senior security expert — and the team behind them — works for your household and no one else’s: to answer at any hour, to handle whatever arises, and to keep working on what the open web publishes about you and your family, for as long as you are with us. We cannot promise every company will comply. We can promise the line is answered and the filing never stops.

From $1,499 / month custom-scoped engagements to $25,000 / month

Prefer certainty? An annual flat-rate is available at a discount to the monthly retainer.

A private line, answered around the clock

A dedicated phone line, provisioned exclusively for you and answered 24/7 by the security expert who knows your file. One number, day or night — never a call centre, never a queue.

On call for anything

An active intrusion at 3 a.m., a compromised device, a family member’s hacked phone, a fraudulent account — one call and it is handled. We respond to live attacks, resolve major personal IT and security problems, and keep filing — week after week — against the sites that publish where you live.

Counsel on every decision

Buying a home, hiring household staff, travelling, launching a venture, handing a child their first phone — before any move that leaves a digital footprint, your expert is a call away for private, unhurried security consulting.

A fully custom, hand-done process

Every engagement is bespoke and executed by hand under a senior security expert — effectively a full-time personal cybersecurity team devoted to getting what is published about you taken down, and to filing again every time it comes back.

Every engagement begins with a private, confidential consultation. We accept a limited number of clients to protect the standard of service.

This is a real, human-delivered service — built and run by professional security operators, not a subscription that files forms and forgets you. What we protect, and how, is scoped to your life.

Household is self-serve; Estate and Aristocrat are application-only. Removals are filed as your authorized agent under CCPA and state-equivalent law. Every conversation is treated in confidence.

28 sites will show a stranger where your people live. 606 more trade in the same details.

The first number is the one your team can go and check tonight. The second is why taking a listing down once does not hold.

28

Sites where anyone can type one of your people’s names and get a home address, an age, and the names of their relatives.

606

Sites that buy, package and resell the same records. Clear only the first group and this group refills it.

634 sites in total, run by 582 companies — several companies own more than one site, which is why the two counts differ. We write to all 582. Counted from the list we publish, at galaxywarden.com/coverage.

Separately, we check your people against 13.1B+ records from known data leaks — because a leaked personal address is what lets someone reach a person at home rather than at work.

One work email reaches a home address.

Nothing here requires access to anything you own. This is the route a stranger takes, and it is the route we take first.

  1. A work email

Public on a bio page, a filing, a press release. It is the only thing needed to start.

  2. The personal account behind it

The same person’s private email or username turns up beside it in a leak, because people reuse sign-ups.

  3. A phone number

Paired with that personal account in a second leak. Now there is something to search the look-up sites with.

  4. A home address, and who else lives there

The look-up sites index by phone and by name, and they list relatives alongside. That is the part families feel.

Software files the easy ones. A person takes the rest.

GalaxyWarden is built and run by Brandon Audeh, a professional penetration tester paid to find security holes before criminals do. The removals software cannot finish are the ones that get done by hand — and on this list, those are most of the ones that matter.

When this happens Software on its own GalaxyWarden
The opt-out form changed overnight The submission fails, usually without saying so. Someone notices the failure and re-files it by hand the same week.
The company simply does not reply The queue moves on to the next name. We file again and cite the 45-day window the company is held to under California Civil Code §1798.135(c).
The listing reappears on a copy of the site Nothing is watching for it. It is filed again under the same authorization, with no new paperwork from you.
One of your people is being targeted right now There is no fast lane in a queue. That person moves to the front, and someone talks to you rather than emailing a ticket number.

What your security and legal teams get, in writing.

Four things, stated the same way in the engagement as they are on this page.

The authorization

We file as the authorized agent for each covered person, with that person’s consent, under the California Consumer Privacy Act. A company has 45 days to comply under Civil Code §1798.135(c), so verification follows that window rather than preceding it.

The record

Every request we file, with the company, the date and what came back. A request that was sent and never answered is reported as sent and never answered — processed is not the same word as removed, and we do not let one stand in for the other.

The pace we commit to

At least 51% of the companies in scope for a person are filed within 14 days — counted from the point we have the profile details needed to file, not from the day you sign.

What we will not claim

We will not remove everything. Getting hundreds of companies to honor an opt-out is never-ending work, and no one can honestly promise a company will comply. If “everything, permanently” is the requirement you have been given, we are not the right supplier and it is cheaper for both of us to say so now.
