What Public Reporting Shows

Public reporting indicates the hospitality operator was listed on the kairos leak site on February 12, 2026. The group claims to have stolen internal files during a ransomware incident. No exact victim count has been disclosed, and the precise number of individuals whose personal information may be contained in the files remains unknown. Available reporting describes the exposed material as internal documents rather than a structured database of customer records, though such files frequently contain employee, vendor, or customer details.

The incident follows the typical ransomware pattern of initial access, data exfiltration, and subsequent extortion pressure. At the time of publication, it is unclear whether Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group has engaged with the attackers or if any specific deadline for payment has been issued.

Why This Matters for You and Your Family

When a company that handles reservations, payments, vendor contracts, or employment records suffers a breach, your personal information can end up in the hands of criminals. Even if you have never dined at one of their restaurants, you or members of your family may have stayed at a property they manage, applied for a job, or been listed as an emergency contact.
